She took a leap into the world of Foodstyling 7 years back,post fortifying her research learnings with culinary education.She studied Pastry and Cuisine across prestigious culinary institutes like Le Cordon Bleu,Bangkok,Sophia College and IHM Mumbai. A certified Floral designer from a reputed institute affiliated to Mexico. Studied entrepreneurship at IIM Bangalore,to infuse management principles and offer higher professional standards in food and floral styling. This varied pool of knowledge,helps her to bring in a wealth of insights into the art of styling for brands across the globe

Payal as a floral stylist lives to dream up new ways to make her clients day stand out while offering floral service to them. She has a keen eye for surprising combinations and refined statement. Her personal style is simple and elegant when it comes to flowers but alongside she also has a deep appreciation for the unusual. She blends various styles to come up with new looks whether it be mashing vintage and modern or country and elegance. While she believes that flowers are usually a vital part of any decor, she also believes that one requires the right props to support it . Payal constantly scours lifestyle stores, flea and antique markets in both India and abroad for interesting vintage containers, machines, and other curiosities to use in her designs.
